Sporting facilities and venues (professional and amateur), including but not limited to arcades, bowling alleys, indoor skating rinks (ice and non-ice), martial arts studios, dance studios, indoor tennis and similar indoor athletic facilities, unless they can create a facility specific plan to observe the industry guidance provided herein for exercise facilities. Illinois is currently in Phase 4 of the 5 stage reopening plan. Stage 4 allowed hockey rinks to open under strict guidelines. The Metro East County has seen a recent spike in Covid cases and may implement stricter guidelines. Hockey is in the "Higher Risk" category and is currently only allowed to be played at Level 1 of the 4 Level sports policy. Kentucky Hockey Guidelines

OREGON STATE
GUIDELINES

RINKS PARTIALLY OPEN
Official State Guidelines
Majority of Oregon counties have now entered phase 2 of reopening plan as of June 18th with the newest member being Multnomah County which is actually the most populous. Gatherings of up to 50 people can take place indoors and 100 people outdoors. Larger venues will be able to have up to 250 people depending on the size of the building. Larger restaurants and venues could potentially open. Recreational non-contact sports will return outdoors. Phase 2 is expected to last till September. Public Rinks should be allowed to open in phase 3 or 4. Private Rinks are opening at their own discretion but must follow social distance, occupancy, sanitization guidelines. PENNSYLVANIA STATE

RINKS PARTIALLY OPEN
Official State Guidelines
Stay at home order was lifted on June 4. Some counties have already entered yellow or green phases before the ban was lifted. Decision for each county depends on the number of new cases. Phases are color coded and each have their own guidelines. Some counties may be Green while others are still in Red or Yellow. Counties in green can open indoor recreation facilities to 50% capacity. It appears majority of rinks in counties that are in green phase are starting to open. SEE STATE GUIDELINES
Pennsylvania Hockey Guidelines
Schools in counties that have entered the yellow or green phase can resume voluntary sports related workouts but must follow the department of education's health and safety plan. Rinks that are open will enforce the protocols set in place. There is a maximum of 30 skaters or players allowed in the building at one time for one session. Players must enter ready to step on ice. RHODE ISLAND STATE
GUIDELINES

RINKS OPEN
Official State Guidelines
Phase 2 was entered on June 1st which opened gyms, fitness centers, beaches, and parks in a limited basis. Phase 3 was entered on June 29th. All indoor venues can reopen as long as they maintain social distancing and follow restrictions. Large entertainment venues can have up to 250 people. Anything that draws more than 250 will need to submit for approval. Governor announced on July 29th that they will stay in phase 3 for another 30 days until August 28th. The only change that will be made is the social gathering limit is now lowered to 15 people. SEE STATE GUIDELINES
Rhode Island Hockey Guidelines
Beginning on June 1st, summer youth sports organizations and adult sports organizations may begin resuming in accordance with guidelines established per phase 2 of reopening. Reopening began with retail stores on May 4th at a limited capacity of 20%. Outdoor sport facilities or fields will reopen to public with restrictions to how many people can use them. Gyms and Recreational Facilities were permitted to open under specific guidelines on May 18th if they choose to. TENNESSEE STATE

New guidelines as part of reopening plan are into effect on May 22nd will apply to 89 of Tennessees 95 counties. Restaurants and retail stores may increase capacity as long as social distancing is enforced. Large, non-contact attractions and venues can reopen but must follow strict restrictions. Rinks can open in Nashville (as of June 22nd) and other counties across tennessee but must follow guidelines and restrictions set in place by CDC. Some rinks have chosen to remain closed. TEXAS STATE
GUIDELINES

RINKS OPEN
Official State Guidelines
Rinks are allowed to open up to 50% capacity and decision is up to owner. Some rinks have remain closed. Governor announced the beginning of phase 3 on June 3rd in which most businesses can open at 50% capacity. Spike in cases at the end of June has caused the governor to delay plans to move to next steps in reopening plan. The state wont go backwards and close businesses again rather the restrictions will be enforced more harshly instead. Phase 4 is being put on hold. SEE STATE GUIDELINES

UTAH STATE

RINKS OPEN
Official State Guidelines
Did not have a statewide stay at home order. A few counties will stay at moderate risk level but most have moved to low risk at which gatherings of 50 is allowed. Allowed businesses such as restaurants, retail, gyms and salons to reopen with precautions on May 1st. State parks are opening up but certain parts are off limits such as playgrounds. Rinks were allowed to open after May 21st and go back to business under new Health safety order and guidelines. As of June 2nd the panel recommends that Utah transitions to green statewide and goes to "new normal" risk level. SEE STATE GUIDELINES
Utah Hockey Guidelines
Counties in low risk level will have eased restrictions on team sports. Rinks and Facilities are open in the low risk areas with precautions. Many rinks are making changes to follow procedure but still offer training and skating options to the best of their ability in limited fashion. Ice Skating and Hockey Conditioning is an option at the Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center. Club and Youth sports can practice and play games but not high schools. UTAH HOCKEY WEBSITE

VERMONT STATE
GUIDELINES

RINKS OPEN
Official State Guidelines
Hockey rinks are allowed to be open as of June 1 with restrictions, including no games and limited capacity. SEE STATE GUIDELINES
Vermont Hockey Guidelines
While outdoor activities are currently allowed, hockey rinks are not allowed to be open. Vermont has not given specific guidance on hockey rinks or facilities. USA Hockey guidelines should be followed. SEE USA HOCKEY GUIDELINES

On 7/30 Gov. Insleee announced and indefinite pause on phased re-opening plan. Recreation facilities can open in Phase 3. WEST VIRGINIA STATE

RINKS OPEN
Official State Guidelines
Under Gov. Justice’s reopening plan, West Virginia Strong — The Comeback, fitness centers, gymnasiums, health clubs, and recreation centers resumed operations on Monday, May 18.
West Virginia Hockey Guidelines
The MidAm District has chosen to extend the current suspension of any USA Hockey sanctioned activity from May 15, 2020 to June 15, 2020. Above will be in effect unless individual states within the MidAm District issue a return to play order prior to June 15, 2020. SEE MIDAMERICA GUIDELINES
