RETURNS

If you purchased a Sparx™ Skate Sharpener or other Sparx™ Product directly from Velasa Sports, Inc. ("Velasa Sports") at www.sparxhockey.com and are not completely satisfied with it for any reason, you may return the Product within thirty (30) days of the ship date. To be eligible for a refund, you must promptly return the Product to us, and the Product (and all documentation) must be in the same condition that you received it, reasonable wear and tear excepted. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note, however, that Sparx™ Grinding Rings and sale items cannot be returned (and no refund will be made) after they have been used.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

In order to return your Sparx™ Skate Sharpener or other Sparx™ Product, please contact Customer Service at help@sparxhockey.com to receive a return merchandise authorization number ("RMA") and shipping instructions. Within ten (10) days after receiving your RMA, you must deliver the Product (with prominent indication of the RMA) to Velasa Sports (or as otherwise provided in our shipping instructions).

Once the Product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, we will reimburse you for the price you paid for the returned Product (less a 20% restocking fee and excluding all shipping costs) no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such returned Product accompanied by the applicable RMA.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange any Sparx™ Skate Sharpener or other Product that has not been used within thirty (30) days of the ship date. To be eligible for an exchange, you must promptly return the Product to us, and the Product (and all documentation) must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

In order to exchange any UNUSED Sparx™ Skate Sharpener or other Sparx™ Product, please contact Customer Service at help@sparxhockey.com to receive a return merchandise authorization number ("RMA") and shipping instructions. Within ten (10) days after receiving your RMA, you must deliver the Product (with prominent indication of the RMA) to Velasa Sports (or as otherwise provided in our shipping instructions). You must also clearly indicate whether you are exchanging the Product for a refund or for other Products (in which case you need to provide us all pertinent information, including credit card number).

Once the Product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether or not it qualifies for an exchange. If you have elected to exchange the Product for other Products, then we will fill your order as soon as we can. If you have elected to receive a refund, then we will reimburse you for the price you paid for the Product (excluding all shipping costs) no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such Product accompanied by the applicable RMA.

EXCLUSIONS

Our policy regarding returns and exchanges lasts for thirty (30) days after the date when your Sparx™ Product was shipped. If more than 30 days have gone by since your product ship date, unfortunately we will be unable to provide you with an RMA and will not offer you a refund or exchange. We may refuse to offer you a refund or exchange if you fail to deliver the Sparx™ Product to us within ten (10) days after your RMA is issued.

Sparx™ Grinding Rings (Radius Ring™ or FIRE Ring™) and sale items cannot be returned (and no refund will be made) after they have been used.

Products that are shipped to us without an RMA will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

SHIPPING

You are responsible for all costs incurred in shipping your Sparx™ Product to us, as well as any loss or damage that occurs during shipment. You may wish to consider using a trackable delivery service and/or purchasing insurance to cover your risk. Even if we have issued an RMA, we will not issue any refund or make any exchange for Sparx™ Products that are not received or that are damaged in transit.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing delay before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@sparxhockey.com.

GIFTS

If the Sparx™ Product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, then you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return or exchange. Once the Product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves rather than you, then we will issue the appropriate refund to the gift giver, which will inform them about your return.
