MANITOBA PROVINCIAL

RINKS OPEN
Official Provincial Guidelines
As of Monday, June 1st, sports and recreational activities for children and adults may resume. This includes the operation of hockey rinks, soccer fields, volleyball and basketball courts, baseball diamonds, football fields and bowling alleys. Operators must implement measures to ensure members of the public attending the facility or site can maintain a physical distance of at least two metres except when they are actively participating in a sport or activity. Provincial Hockey Guidelines
Hockey Manitoba is currently working with Hockey Canada, Sport Manitoba and Provincial Sport Organizations in Manitoba to develop a Return to Hockey Plan. NORTHWEST TERRITORIES

RINKS CLOSED
Official Territory Guidelines
"Relaxing Phase 2" came into effect on June 12th. Indoor get togethers of 25 or less are allowed as long as physical distance and proper sanitizing instructions are followed. Indoor Sports and day programming are allowed following the 25 or less rule for each space. It appears all rinks are still closed despite this. Individual needs of organizations and sport leagues are subject to WSCC risk assessment. Businesses and organizations, such as tourism, movie theaters, restaurants, offices, fitness center classes, can all open following strict social distancing and capacity restrictions. Organized outdoor activities or outdoor public events can occur as long as less than 50 people are involved. SEE TERRITORY GUIDELINES

NUNAVUT

RINKS CLOSED
Official Territory Guidelines
No confirmed cases of COVID. Began reopening plan Monday May 25th. Daycare centres, municipal playgrounds, territorial parks, galleries, museums, libraries, offices and stores can open following appropriate safety precautions. Up to 50 people can gather at once outdoors. Indoor gatherings is limited to just 10 people. Youth centres and indoor sport facilites can open as of June 15th but must be limited to 10 visitors at a time. It appears the rinks have remain closed. Most all other businesses have now opened with restrictions in place.

SASKATCHEWAN PROVINCIAL

RINKS PARTIALLY OPEN
Official Provincial Guidelines
Part 1 of phase 4 began on June 22nd. Indoor recreation facilities, specifically rinks, will be guided on reopening plans when part 2 of Phase 4 begins. Part 2 will be announced at a later date which is to be determined. Several rinks have opened in Part 1 and are following all necessary restrictions. A number of team sports will resume play outdoors in part 1 of phase 4. No competitive play, tournaments, or travel allowed. Full contact sports outdoors are permitted at this time. Provincial Hockey Guidelines
Hockey has resumed but in a limited basis. Some rinks are opening and following specific restrictions. Only allowed a maximum of 15 skaters in the building and on the ice at one time. This includes the coaches. No games or scrimmages, so only development sessions or practices. No Spectators and players will enter building ready to step on the ice. RINKS CLOSED
Official Territory Guidelines
Starting to reopen after about a month of no new cases. Implementing three phase plan. Borders will remain closed to visitors. Household gatherings is extended to 10 people and outdoor groups cannot exceed 25 people. Outdoor sports other than rugby can proceed. Businesses can reopen ensuring physical distancing.
